I have a question about an Earnhardt video I was watching on You Tube?

Go to the 3:30 mark and they show a picture from the 2001 Pepsi 400 where the ghost of dale sr’s car is behind dale jr’s car. I know this question is kinda stupid, but was that ghost real? I mean did the people in the grandstands and the people watching the race on TV see this ghost? I want to know if it’s real or not. If it is real, then that is just really scary!
Thanks for your answers, guys!!! If that was a real ghost, I would be scared as heck!!!
