Dale Earnhardt Jr: Should Jr be considered in the top 5 of all drivers ever?

When you consider his 2 Busch Series championships, his 18 Cup wins and numerous top 5’s and 10’s, an All Star victory, Gatorade duel Victory, and Daytona 500 win, 7th almost 8th MPD award and leader in merchandise sales, not to mention his popularity. Dale Jr has to be considered in the top 5 of all drivers, if not the top 3. What do you think?
